How do I access Wi-Fi in Queensland Courts? - Read this first before you register

  1. User Registration
First you will need to register as a user to create a user account. Once registered, you will receive a verification email with instructions for how to connect.

If you are a self-represented litigant, please visit the court registry front counter and request an account.
  2. Organisation Registration

    For approved organisations
Online registration is only accepted from members of organisations that are frequent court users such as law firms, media groups or government departments. If your organisation has already been approved for Wi-Fi access, you will be able to access the PSNG Wi-Fi network connection settings immediately after verifying your account.

    For organisations not yet approved
If your organisation is not already approved, after user registration you will be redirected to register your organisation to access the PSNG Wi-Fi service. Organisations with a legitimate need to access the Wi-Fi in court will be approved within three business days.

Once an organisation has been approved, you can register for a user account. If you require access whilst your organisation is awaiting approval, you may attend the Court Registry front counter and request a temporary account. Note: you will need to provide ID (e.g Drivers License) and a legitimate reason for requesting access before staff will provide you with a temporary Username and Password.
  3. Connecting to Wi-Fi
Once you have registered and verified your account, you may open up a web browser where you will be prompted to accept a Certificate to connect to network "PSNG". Opening a browser window will prompt you for your Username and Password. Sessions expire after 12 hours, when you will be prompted to re-enter your Password.
